Returns & Shipping

We use Royal Mail for shipping. Delivery within 3-4 days.

Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

We run a strict 28 days refund policy - you have 28 days from the day you receive the item to claim a refund.

We will offer a refund to you but you must tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you have told us.

Please leave a note inside the return parcel with clear instructions of what actions you wish to be carried out.

We can offer;

• Refund. However we can not offer cash refunds on sale items, or discount code purchases.
• Exchange for another item of the same value
• Exchange for another size of the same item
